Since coming to The Kaplan Group, they’ve referred 10 customer accounts for collection, which were typically 3 to 6 months past due. One of the claims was from a business that had ceased to exist and another had a valid dispute that the client’s executive management wasn’t aware of until The Kaplan Group’s investigation.
Of the other 8 claims, we negotiated a resolution for each one of them, collecting over $193,000 in lost revenue, representing 77% of the total claim revenue. The Kaplan Group not only was able to get the accounts paid, but also managed to get two of the customers to re-engage the client for additional services.
