We have offered a discount of our contingency fees to members of many local Bar Associations on their first placement of claims. There is no fee unless we collect.
Our Debt Collection Process:
All large claims are handled personally by Dean Kaplan, who has completed more than $500 million in deals and collections in the 30 years since he got his MBA from the University of Chicago. If we are not successful when collecting as an agency, we do a full second debt collection effort under the name of our in-house law firm. This escalation gets most intransient debtors to pay if they have any financial capability.
We have a network of attorneys all over the country who will work on a contingency basis if litigation is required. Clients have to pay all out of pocket costs, sometimes there is a nominal retainer, and the contingency rate will be higher. No client is obligated to litigate.

Commercial B2B Claims:
We are a commercial collection agency, so we only handle claims against businesses. If you have claims against individual consumers, or small claims against businesses (e.g. under $2,000), we can provide you with referrals to other reputable collection agencies that handle claims of that nature.
